- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Modification vs. Cancellation
If you need to change your travel dates or package, we offer modification options:

- Package Upgrade: Difference in price will be charged

Modifications requested less than 7 days before travel may be treated as cancellations.
Cancellation by Shivshakti Tours
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to:
- Insufficient number of participants
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government travel advisories or restrictions
- Operational issues beyond our control
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against:
- Unexpected cancellations
- Medical emergencies
- Loss of travel documents
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Lost baggage
Travel insurance is not included in our packages and must be purchased separately.
